We are seeking an energetic and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team for one or two days per week. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to our clinical operations, performing professional cleanings, detailed assessments, and preventive treatments. Job Description	Clinical Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including manual and ultrasonic scaling and polishing, to remove plaque and tartar. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive oral health evaluations by reviewing medical histories, monitoring vital signs, and performing periodontal screenings. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality dental radiographs (including bitewings and periapicals) while adhering to strict radiation safety standards. Infection Control: Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques and adhering to the highest healthcare infection prevention protocols. Health Education: Provide tailored counseling on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and post-treatment care to patients and their families. Record Management: Manage patient records and documentation reviews with high attention to detail, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $35.00 〜 $40.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensure: Valid State of Kentucky licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental terminology, oral anatomy, and infection control protocols. Compliance: Proficiency in maintaining patient confidentiality and achieving HIPAA compliance. Clinical Skills: Experience in direct patient care, including pediatric dentistry and diagnostic imaging acquisition. Experience Level: Open to both experienced clinicians and motivated entry-level candidates.
Preferences	Technical Skills: Familiarity with medical coding standards as they relate to dental hygiene. Patient Interaction: Proven ability to manage patient records and explain complex dental conditions in patient-friendly language.
