Job Description	Specialized Care: Perform thorough periodontal cleanings and maintenance using modern surgical and clinical equipment. Patient Support: Provide a calming presence for anxious patients, ensuring their comfort throughout specialized treatments. Clinical Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Collaboration: Partner with the surgeon and clinical team to implement comprehensive treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Technology Integration: Efficiently utilize dental software and computer systems for accurate charting and patient records. Communication: Educate patients on periodontal health and post-operative care with clarity and compassion.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $70.00 〜 $80.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of Oregon. Certification: Current CPR Certification. Technical Skills: Proficiency in aseptic techniques and strong computer literacy. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive, and upbeat personality. Attributes: Proven self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Preferences	Experience: Previous experience in a periodontal or surgical dental setting is advantageous. Career Goals: Seeking a long-term, permanent position with a commitment to practice growth.
