Job Description	Clinical Preventive Care: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque and promote optimal oral health. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing medical histories, monitoring vital signs, and assessing current dental conditions. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture and develop high-quality digital radiographs to assist the dentist in accurate diagnostic evaluations. Infection Control: Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques and following strict sterilization and safety protocols. Health Education: Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide clear post-treatment care instructions. Clinical Documentation: Document patient data accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring all records are HIPAA-compliant. Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during procedures as needed to ensure smooth office flow.

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Licensure: Valid Wisconsin state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with the team.
