Job Description	Clinical Hygiene: Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, with a focus on patient comfort. Restorative Care: Utilize restorative skills to assist in patient treatment and overall oral health maintenance. Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough screenings, including oral cancer exams, periodontal charting, and health history reviews. Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital radiographs to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Education: Counsel patients on personalized oral hygiene strategies and the importance of preventative care. Team Collaboration: Participate in monthly staff meetings and contribute to the practice's continuous improvement.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $48.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington. Certifications: Current CPR and AED certifications. Clinical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in both hygiene and restorative procedures. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered clinical approach.
Preferences	Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Experience: While we welcome entry-level applicants, previous experience in a family practice setting is a plus. Professional Drive: A motivation to participate in group continuing education and professional development. Community Focus: A desire to engage in a long-term role within a practice that values community and team-building.
