Job Description	Preventative Care: Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing. Patient Screening: Conduct thorough oral health assessments, review medical histories, and perform periodontal charting. Education: Provide comprehensive dental care education to patients, focusing on preventative strategies and long-term oral health. Clinical Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dental professionals to coordinate care and stabilize the oral health of patients. Radiography: Capture and process diagnostic digital radiographs as required. Community Health: Adapt clinical approaches to meet the specific needs of an underserved population, maintaining a high standard of empathy and professionalism.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $34.00 〜 $44.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensure: Current and valid license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the State of Montana. Experience: Mid-level clinical experience preferred; however, all qualified licensed candidates will be considered. Core Skills: Proficiency in direct patient care, preventative health services, and patient education. Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferences	Public Health Interest: Prior experience or a strong interest in community health centers or public health settings. Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic dental records and modern diagnostic tools. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage various patient needs with a focus on social and economic factors impacting health outcomes.
