Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing. Assessments: Conduct comprehensive oral health screenings, periodontal charting, and health history reviews. Radiography: Capture and interpret digital dental radiographs to assist in diagnosis. Patient Education: Provide individualized instruction on oral hygiene techniques and preventative home care. Bonus Potential: Drive and manage periodontal production to enhance patient health and earn performance-based bonuses. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed electronic patient records. Compliance: Adhere to all sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $40.00 〜 $42.00 /hour

Requirements	Licensure: A valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Pennsylvania. Certification: Active CPR Certification. Mindset: Self-motivated with a friendly, patient-focused personality. Commute: Ability to reliably commute to our Erie, PA location.
Preferences	Experience: Previous experience in a family or cosmetic dentistry setting is preferred, though motivated clinicians are encouraged to apply. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to put anxious patients at ease. Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital imaging technology.
