Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings. Conduct professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing. Capture and interpret digital dental radiographs (X-rays). Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and preventative counseling. Document patient treatments and histories accurately within the patient record. Maintain a sterile clinical environment in compliance with OSHA and safety standards. Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Thursday: One hygiene day per month from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (with the potential for additional hours if desired).
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Eaglesoft Education: Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of Wisconsin. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification. Attributes: A gentle clinical touch and a friendly, patient-focused personality. Integrity: A commitment to honest, ethical patient care.
Preferences	Experience: While entry-level candidates and new graduates are highly encouraged to apply, prior experience in a clinical setting is welcomed. Technology: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital imaging. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term trust with the Cedarburg community.
