Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing. Conduct thorough oral health assessments and periodontal charting. Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as required. Capture and interpret high-quality digital dental radiographs. Educate patients on proper home care techniques and nutritional counseling for oral health. Maintain accurate electronic patient records and clinical documentation. Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Direct shift with no scheduled lunch break) Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Indiana. Education: Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Technical: Proficiency in digital dental charting and radiography.
Preferences	Experience: While entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply, previous clinical experience in a private practice setting is a plus. Skills: Experience with specific dental practice management software. Clinical Excellence: A proactive mindset regarding periodontal therapy and preventative care.
