Provide clinical dental hygiene services with a focus on excellence and ethical care.

Perform thorough periodontal assessments and refer to specialists when clinically appropriate.

Educate patients on oral hygiene with an enthusiastic, down-to-earth approach.

Take high-quality dental radiographs and utilize intraoral cameras for patient education.

Maintain a clean, organized, and "color-coded" workspace to ensure efficient patient flow.

Collaborate actively with the team to "flip" rooms and assist with patient transitions.

Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA safety and privacy standards.

We offer a unique schedule designed to provide an excellent work-life balance, including a 4-day weekend every other week:

Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch).

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Alternating Mondays/Fridays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Rotation: Work Mon–Thurs one week, then Tues–Fri the next.

Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Certification: Current CPR Certification.

Clinical Integrity: A commitment to ethical hygiene (e.g., proper periodontal charting and refusal to "waive" necessary diagnostics).

Communication: Confident, friendly communication skills for both patient interaction and team collaboration.

Professionalism: Maturity in conflict management and a self-disciplined, proactive work ethic.

Compliance: Up-to-date training in OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Software/Tech: Experience with Open Dental, Nomad X-ray units, SprintRay, or 3D scanning.

Experience: While entry-level candidates are welcome, clinical experience in a high-tech environment is a plus.
