Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, examinations, and periodontal scaling and root planing (ScRP) for patients of all ages, including pediatric cases. Patient Assessment: Evaluate and document oral health status, updating medical records and treatment plans with precision. Supportive Technology: Utilize Eaglesoft dental software for clinical documentation and patient scheduling. Health Counseling: Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the vital link between oral health and systemic wellness. Clinical Safety: Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment. Administrative Integrity: Manage records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure absolute patient confidentiality. Collaborative Care: Occasionally assist the dentist during procedures as needed, demonstrating versatility in the clinical setting.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $55.00 /hour

Requirements	Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygiene license in the State of New York. Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Clinical Knowledge: Proficiency in aseptic techniques and a solid command of medical and dental terminology. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep focus on patient comfort and interaction. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated assistant and the broader clinical team.
Preferences	Experience: Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Specialty Care: Previous experience in pediatric dentistry. Management: Prior experience with comprehensive medical records management.
