We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical staff. Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal assessments for patients of all ages. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality digital X-rays, including Panorex, bitewings, and periapical views. Patient Experience: Create a welcoming environment and ensure patients are seen in a timely manner, assisting with patient flow even when exam rooms are occupied. Operational Support: Maintain dental supply inventory, place orders, verify invoices, and manage lab work logs. Maintenance & Sanitation: Ensure all dental equipment and exam rooms meet high sanitation standards and perform preventive maintenance on clinical tools. Documentation & Privacy: Maintain accurate patient records and protect practice operations by keeping all patient information confidential.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $55.00 〜 $60.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensure: Valid State of Connecticut Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Education: Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Certifications: Current CPR Certification. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in setting up treatment rooms and handling modern dental equipment. Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal communication, and effective time management.
Preferences	Education: Associate’s degree or higher. Technical Skills: Experience with Dentrix dental software and Microsoft Office. Language: Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus. Experience: Previous experience in a general dentistry setting.
