Job Description	Clinical Assessments: Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and identify oral health concerns, including decay, failing restorations, and open margins. Preventive Treatment: Deliver high-quality prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and other adjunctive hygiene services. Patient Education: Act as a primary advocate for patient health by providing clear education on oral hygiene techniques and preventive strategies. Collaboration: Partner with the dentist and clinical staff to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans. Documentation: Maintain precise and accurate clinical records and ensure operatory standards meet all safety and sterilization protocols. Team Support: Contribute to a positive office culture by assisting colleagues and maintaining professional standards throughout the day.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $45.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certification: Current CPR Certification. Ethics: Strong commitment to professional integrity and patient-centered care. Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff.
Preferences	Dentrix Software: Experience with Dentrix dental management software. Experience: Proven track record of reliability and success in a fast-paced clinical environment.
