Duties

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and managing medical records responsibly.
Support infection control procedures by sterilizing instruments, disinfecting treatment areas, and following all safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the dental team to review documentation, assist with medical coding, and ensure seamless clinic operations.

Previous experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a general or pediatric dentistry setting is highly preferred.
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is essential for efficient documentation.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques is required.
Demonstrated ability to perform patient care tasks including vital signs measurement, patient assessment, and chairside assisting.
