Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive screenings by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and medications to ensure safe, individualized treatment planning. Radiography: Capture and develop high-quality dental radiographs using digital systems (CurveHero). Health Education: Empower patients with knowledge regarding oral-systemic health, proper hygiene techniques, and preventative care options. Periodontal Leadership: Assist in maintaining and growing a robust periodontal program with a focus on consistent patient recare. Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and ensure total HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team huddles and support the overall efficiency of the practice through multitasking and a "can-do" attitude.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $38.00 〜 $45.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills. Proven healthcare infection prevention and control expertise. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, oral anatomy, and aseptic techniques. Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning. Strong computer literacy and customer service skills.
Preferences	Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist in a general dentistry setting. Experience utilizing CurveHero or similar digital dental software. Proven track record in developing and managing a successful periodontal program. A passion for continued professional development and education.
