Job Description	Preventative Care: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, to remove plaque and tartar. Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough intraoral screenings, review medical histories, and perform periodontal charting to identify signs of disease. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality digital radiographs to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Health Education: Empower patients through personalized oral hygiene instruction and counseling on the link between oral health and systemic wellness. Preventative Treatments: Apply dental sealants and fluoride treatments as prescribed. Documentation: Maintain precise and timely patient records in compliance with office protocols and HIPAA regulations. Sterilization: Adhere to rigorous infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $65,000.00 〜 $83,100.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday through Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Half-day) Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements	Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Current CPR/BLS Certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in patient assessment and health history review. Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and infection control.
Preferences	6+ months of hands-on dental hygiene experience in a clinical setting. Experience with modern dental software and digital radiography systems. Familiarity with a wide range of preventative dental materials and equipment.
