Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, with a high level of technical proficiency. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough intraoral screenings, review medical histories, and perform periodontal charting. Diagnostic Imaging: Utilize state-of-the-art technology to capture high-quality digital radiographs for accurate diagnosis. Health Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and systemic wellness. Sterilization & Safety: Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to rigorous infection control protocols and OSHA standards. Collaborative Care: Work closely with local doctors and the dental team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $75.00 〜 $110.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensure: Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Patient Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care. Reliability: Proven track record of dependability and professional integrity. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse patient base.
Preferences	Experience: While we welcome entry-level clinicians, previous experience in a private practice setting is beneficial. Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital imaging technology. Leadership: An interest in long-term career growth and potential leadership opportunities.
