Job Description	Preventative Care: Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to manage plaque and tartar. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough oral examinations, review medical histories, monitor vital signs, and perform cavity detection screenings. Clinical Imaging: Utilize digital radiography and medical imaging technology to support accurate diagnoses. Patient Education: Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans and oral hygiene instructions to empower patients. Documentation & Compliance: Manage accurate patient records within EMR systems (Eaglesoft/Dentrix) while adhering to strict HIPAA regulations and medical coding standards. Clinical Support: Assist with chairside procedures and apply topical agents as needed for patient care. Safety Protocols: Maintain a sterile environment by following rigorous infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $50.00 〜 $58.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Infection Control License Active State of Oregon license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Proven proficiency in capturing and interpreting dental X-rays. Demonstrated competency in patient assessment and medical history review. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative clinical setting. Deep understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards.
Preferences	Dentrix Eaglesoft General Dentistry Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques. Familiarity with medical coding and documentation review for billing accuracy. Previous experience in a high-volume general dentistry environment.
