Job Description	Comprehensive Prophylaxis: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, while maintaining high standards of patient comfort. Patient Assessment: Conduct detailed screenings, including periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and reviewing medical histories. Oral Health Education: Empower patients through personalized instruction on oral hygiene techniques and the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality digital radiographs for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) and ensure all patient data is handled with strict confidentiality. Infection Control: Adhere to rigorous healthcare infection prevention and control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $34.00 〜 $40.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Requirements	Active State of Michigan license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Current CPR and BLS Certification. Proven expertise in healthcare infection prevention and control protocols. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). Strong clinical skills and experience in a general dentistry setting.
Preferences	Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft or Dentrix). Advanced experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) management. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term patient relationships.
