Comprehensive Hygiene Services: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education (Health education and counseling).

Goal Achievement: Work proactively to achieve personal and office production goals within the collections-based compensation model.

Patient Management: Promote patient retention and treatment plan acceptance through excellent communication, education, and patient interaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with office protocols, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with dentists, dental assistants, and the administrative team to provide a cohesive and seamless patient experience.
