Job Description	Comprehensive Hygiene Care: Perform high-quality dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, patient assessment, and necessary periodontal therapy. Patient Engagement: Build strong rapport and effectively connect with patients, providing clear education on oral hygiene techniques and preventative home care. Technology Utilization: Proficiently operate and utilize the latest dental technology to ensure smooth procedures and top-notch patient care. Team Collaboration: Work effectively and joyfully with the entire dental team to maintain a supportive atmosphere and ensure efficient patient flow. Records Management: Accurately document all patient findings, treatments, and plans within the practice management software.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Incentives: Opportunities for Bonus compensation. Benefits Package Includes: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Dental Benefits.
Shift & Schedule	Potential Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Weekends: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Experience: Experience working in a General Practice setting. Attributes: Passion for helping people smile, enthusiasm for connecting with patients, and a commitment to both excellence and joy in the workplace.
Preferences	Eaglesoft Proficiency with the Eaglesoft practice management software.
