Job Description	Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide gentle, high-quality dental hygiene services and procedures with a compassionate, patient-first mindset. Collaboration & Support: Work side-by-side with the dentist and the close-knit team, ensuring seamless patient care and pitching in when needed to maintain a joyful and productive atmosphere. Patient Education: Utilize excellent communication skills to educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventative care. Technology Utilization: Operate and utilize modern dental technology and state-of-the-art tools efficiently and comfortably. Clinical Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including maintaining certifications for CPR/AED. Growth & Mentorship: Actively participate in continued education, mentorship, and ongoing opportunities to learn and expand skills.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $60.00 〜 $65.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Typical Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM). Work Structure: Flexible scheduling options are available to support work/life balance. Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays off.
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist License (RDH). Certification: Current CPR Certification and/or AED Certification. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mindset: A compassionate, patient-first mindset and a commitment to working collaboratively as a team player. Experience: Open to all experience levels; new graduates are welcome.
Preferences	A demonstrated history of fostering positive patient interaction and rapport.
