Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Comprehensive Clinical Care: Provide top-tier dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing), and debridement. Patient Rapport & Education: Utilize strong people skills and excellent communication to build trust, rapport, and educate patients clearly and effectively on oral hygiene and home care. Collaboration & Treatment: Collaborate directly with the dentist and clinical team to review patient status and ensure seamless, high-quality treatment planning and execution. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring the best possible care for all patients. Diagnostics: Perform necessary patient assessments and diagnostic procedures, including taking X-rays.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $65.00 〜 $75.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Work Structure: Permanent position. Operating Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Typical Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Saturday (Most Saturdays): 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Flexible Scheduling: This position includes work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and typically two Saturdays per month. Weekends: Sundays and some Saturdays off.
Requirements	Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certification: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Communication: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong people skills. Teamwork: A demonstrable positive and collaborative team player attitude. Experience: All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Preferences	Prior experience in a small, private practice setting.
