Comprehensive Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, both supra-gingivally and sub-gingivally, and execute deep scaling and root planing appointments.

Diagnostics and Imaging: Take high-quality digital radiographs and utilize intra-oral cameras to aid with patient education and accurate diagnosis.

Patient Management: Review patient documentation and medical history to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.

Treatment Collaboration: Assist in the development of patient treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist, utilizing practice software (Dentrix).

Appointment Scheduling: Manage a dedicated one-hour schedule for all hygiene appointments, ensuring adequate time for quality care.

Infection Control: Work collaboratively with other team members to clean and sterilize rooms and instruments, strictly adhering to disinfection procedures.

Laboratory Tasks: Take study model impressions when necessary.

Typical Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Schedule Note: Flexible schedule options may be available.

Licensure: Valid and unrestricted Dental Hygiene license is required.

Technical Skills: Strong computer skills are a must for utilizing our modern, all-digital practice technology.

Clinical Skills: Proficiency in performing Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) procedures.

Attributes: Must be knowledgeable, passionate, and dependable.

Certification/License in the administration of Local Anesthesia.

Experience with the Dentrix practice management software.
