Title	Pediatric Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Direct Patient Care: Provide gentle, high-quality dental hygiene care and preventive services (e.g., cleanings, fluoride) to pediatric and orthodontic patients. Clinical Assistance: Assist chair-side and support four-handed dentistry during doctor examinations and procedures. Diagnostics: Take and process digital X-rays and other necessary medical imaging. Record Management: Maintain accurate and thorough patient charts and clinical records. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the doctor, orthodontist, and the entire team to ensure seamless and compassionate direct patient care. Patient Interaction: Build trusting relationships with young patients and their families, helping patients feel at ease during their visits.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $70,900.00 〜 $90,600.00 /year

Shift & Schedule	Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily. Location: In-person at our Pleasanton, TX office. No Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off.
Requirements	Licensure: Active and unrestricted Texas RDH license. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Dental Hygienist. Clinical Skills: Strong dental hygiene and clinical skills, including the ability to take digital X-rays. Technical Ability: Ability to assist chair-side and perform four-handed dentistry. Work Style: Comfortable multitasking, able to take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferences	Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Open Dental software. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a significant plus. Demeanor: Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a strong team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
