Eastern Oregon Dental Group is actively seeking two skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienists to join our team in Baker City, Oregon. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about patient care and ready to hit the ground running. While our ideal schedule is four days a week, we are flexible and open to discussing fill-in arrangements to find the right fit. If you are moving from out of state, we are happy to assist you in the process of obtaining your Oregon license.

Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including prophylaxis and scaling and root planing. Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings. Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) for diagnostic purposes. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventative care strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with the dentist to develop effective treatment plans.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $65.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday - Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Licensure: Valid State of Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. (We are willing to assist out-of-state candidates in obtaining this licensure). Certification: Current X-ray certification is required. Skills: Strong clinical skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Preferences	Anesthesia: Nitrous Oxide permit or certification is a plus, though not required.
