Dr. Neil Kelly runs a comprehensive private practice dedicated to serving patients of all ages. We pride ourselves on providing a wide array of services in-house, eliminating the need for outside referrals. Our offerings include orthodontics, Invisalign, endodontics, titanium and ceramic implant placement, myofunctional services, and full mouth restorations. Our hygiene team is an integral part of this care, providing routine prophylaxis as well as advanced periodontal services, including laser therapy.

Job Description	Patient Care: Perform routine prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance for both pediatric and adult patients. Periodontal Therapy: Conduct scaling and root planing and utilize laser therapy for periodontal treatment. Assessment: Screen patients for oral health issues, including periodontal disease and oral cancer. Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene strategies and post-operative care to maintain optimal dental health. Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist to identify restorative needs and ensure comprehensive patient care. Compliance: Maintain a sterile and safe environment in accordance with OSHA and state regulations.

Salary Details	Pay is commensurate with experience and an office wide bonus system is in place.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Monday through Thursday seeing patients from 8 AM to 5 PM. Friday 8 AM to 5 PM optional
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Other Dental Software (Aspire) Licensure: Must hold a valid Missouri Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification. Skills: Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
Preferences	Implant Dentistry Experience with or certification in laser therapy. Familiarity with a comprehensive dental practice environment (implants, ortho, etc.).
