Registered Dental Hygienist – Low Stress, High Bonus Potential & 4-Day Work Week

Cannon Park Dental is seeking a team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our "work family" in Charleston, South Carolina. We pride ourselves on being a very laid-back office with a low-stress environment. We are looking for a friendly provider who can perform traditional hygiene duties while working collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform prophylaxis, debridement, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP). Diagnostics: Conduct oral cancer screenings and capture high-quality digital radiographs. Patient Education: Educate patients on preventative care, oral hygiene techniques, and treatment needs. Technology: Perform digital scanning as needed (PRN). Sterilization: Manage the maintenance and sterilization of dental instruments. Office Maintenance: assist with general office cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment. Collaboration: Work closely with the doctor and staff to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Bonus: Performance-based bonus system allowing for an additional $10 - $40 per hour. Health Stipend: Monthly health insurance stipend provided (can be used at your discretion for personal insurance, HSA, etc.). Dental: Full dental coverage for you and your live-in family. Retirement: 401(k) plan with company match. Paid Time Off: PTO available (accrual begins after 90 days). Additional Perks: Continuing Education (CE) costs covered and a uniform allowance.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday - Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid South Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License. Certification: Current CPR certification and Radiograph certification. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential.
Preferences	Experience: Previous experience is valued, but not required. We welcome skilled new graduates to apply.
