Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform all aspects of dental hygiene, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), periodontal maintenance, and periodontal charting. Diagnostics: Capture high-quality X-rays and panoramic images. Patient Education: Clearly answer patient questions regarding dental care, procedure details, pain management, and costs in a courteous and professional manner. Patient Experience: Ensure patients feel comfortable and in good hands throughout their visit. Team Support: Adapt to the needs of a small practice by assisting with various office tasks and "wearing different hats" as needed. Technology: Utilize office technology and dental software efficiently to maintain patient records.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Week 1: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Week 2: Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid State of South Dakota Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification. Location: Ability to commute to or relocate to Rapid City, SD 57702 prior to starting work. Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Technology: Internet and technology literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Preferences	Mindset: A passion for continuing education and a desire to learn new skills. Experience: Previous clinical experience is welcomed, though we hire for attitude and fit first.
