Job Description	Patient Care: Provide exceptional care through thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing. Diagnostics: Capture and interpret digital X-rays, perform oral cancer screenings, and accurately chart periodontal conditions. Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care to promote long-term dental health. Safety: Maintain top-tier sterilization and infection-control standards at all times. Collaboration: Work closely with the dentists and clinical team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceed patient expectations.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $30.00 〜 $40.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of Alabama. Current CPR certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and serving others.
Preferences	Experience with dental practice management software is preferred, but not required.
