Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Welcome patients, ensure their comfort in the treatment area, and establish a positive rapport. Perform comprehensive preliminary exams, including health screenings, patient assessments, taking vital signs, and collecting oral health histories. Perform dental prophylaxis, including removing plaque, applying fluoride treatments, and evaluating patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection. Educate and counsel patients on their individualized dental care plan, answering questions, and teaching effective oral hygiene techniques. Take and process dental X-rays and create accurate dental impressions. Prepare and sterilize equipment, making it readily available for the dentist during exams and procedures. Accurately record patient charting, diagnostic evaluations, and medical histories. Strictly adhere to all office policies, safety regulations, and HIPAA compliance standards.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Weekends: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Current and valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the State of Florida. Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) certified school. At least one year of professional experience in dental hygiene. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and workplace health and safety regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, customer service, and patient interaction skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly as required by the clinical role.
Preferences	Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dental Hygiene. Experience operating medical imaging equipment. Proficiency in creating detailed care plans.
