Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, utilizing best practices and maintaining a consistently high standard of care. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient health histories, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal charting. Patient Education: Deliver customized oral hygiene instructions and education, motivating patients toward optimal oral health. Collaboration & Efficiency: Work closely with the dentist and assisting staff to maintain efficient patient flow and ensure treatment rooms are prepared and sterilized according to protocol. Records Management: Accurately document all patient findings, treatments, and recommendations. Practice Contribution: Actively contribute to a positive and punctual team environment, adhering strictly to the schedule to ensure timely patient care.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $80,000.00 〜 $110,000.00 /month

Requirements	Current and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Michigan. A minimum of one (1) year of professional dental hygiene experience. Demonstrated ability to maintain a punctual and detail-oriented approach to clinical work. Strong motivation to contribute to team success and overall practice goals.
Preferences	Experience utilizing modern dental software and digital charting systems. Experience in a private or fee-for-service dental practice setting. Proven history of contributing positively to a team culture.
