Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and medical history reviews Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary recommendations, and preventive care strategies Utilize dental imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and practice protocols Implement and maintain infection control measures and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment Maintain accurate and complete dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Stay current with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and dental coding practices
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $55.00 〜 $60.00 /hour

Requirements	Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist license Proficiency with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards Competency in dental scaling and root planing techniques Ability to perform dental radiography (x-rays) Ability to commute to Henrico, VA 23238
Preferences	Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic setting Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and infection control protocols Experience with dental practice management software Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to educate patients effectively on oral health topics Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a team-oriented environment
