Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, with excellent clinical precision. Thoroughly assess the patient's oral health status and accurately document findings in patient records. Prioritize and champion patient education and prevention, motivating patients to maintain optimal oral health. Develop and maintain long-lasting, trusting relationships with patients. Collaborate effectively with doctors and the rest of the team to ensure seamless and supportive patient care. Adhere to all established infection control protocols and clinical standards. Maintain a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and consistent reliability in all aspects of the role.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Core Operating Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Days of Operation: Monday through Thursday. Exclusions: No Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Current and active Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Idaho. Excellent clinical skills and strong, clear communication abilities. Demonstrated positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail. Proven ability to function as a collaborative team player. Genuine passion for patient education and preventive care.
Preferences	Prior experience working in a family dental practice setting. A commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
