Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform all standard dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, fluoride application, and patient education. Execute advanced procedures such as scaling and root planing with proficiency. Administer local anesthesia as needed. Conduct thorough patient health histories and perform oral cancer screenings. Document all findings, treatments, and care plans accurately and completely in patient records. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care. Maintain a sterile and organized operatory environment in compliance with best practices. Collaborate effectively with the four doctors and the entire dental team to ensure cohesive patient care.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $46.00 〜 $52.00 /hour

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Local Anesthesia Certification Dentrix Current and active license in good standing with the Iowa Dental Board to practice Dental Hygiene. Current credentials to administer local anesthesia in the state of Iowa. Proven experience in providing a full scope of dental hygiene procedures, including root planing/scaling. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be a supportive team player.
Preferences	Familiarity with the use of surgical loupes for enhanced clinical performance.
