We are a modern practice equipped with the latest technology, including digital X-rays, CBCT, intraoral cameras, and automated communication systems, all housed in a beautifully designed space. We prioritize patient connection by providing generous appointment times (60-minute hygiene and 90-minute new patient exams) to ensure thorough, unrushed care.

Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform thorough and gentle prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing (SRPs), and periodontal maintenance treatments. Take, process, and review diagnostic digital X-rays (including CBCT). Utilize an intraoral camera effectively to support patient education and diagnosis. Review comprehensive health histories and assist with risk assessments. Educate and empower patients on optimal oral health practices and home care routines. Collaborate seamlessly with the dentist and the entire dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date clinical documentation and charting.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $45.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Must possess a current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Wisconsin. Required Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Current CPR certification. Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to empathy, teamwork, and proactive initiative.
Preferences	Experience working with digital dental technologies (e.g., digital X-rays, CBCT). Experience in a community-focused or small practice setting. New graduates are welcome and strongly encouraged to apply!
