Job Responsibilities
• Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Build positive, trusting relationships with patients
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office environment

Work hours:
Monday- Thursday 7:15 AM-3:45 PM (Patient hours 7:30 AM-3:30 PM)

Licensure: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction.

Clinical Knowledge: Proficiency in dental scaling, root planing, and dental care patient education.

Professionalism: A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to patient safety and direct patient care.

Advanced Certification: Local Anesthesia Certification is highly desirable.

Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting, though motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Relationship Building: Proven ability in customer relationship building and long-term patient retention.
