Kendall Dental is a growing, private dental practice located in a charming, stand-alone building in the heart of Seattle's Alaska Junction. We have expanded to 9 operatories and are dedicated to delivering high-quality care with ample appointment times to build meaningful patient relationships. Our team values collaboration, a manageable schedule, and a commitment to professional excellence.

Job Listing

Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing, ensuring smooth root surfaces and healthy gum tissue. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including new patient exams (90 minutes allotted) and periodontal charting. Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices and personalized preventive care plans. Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as per state guidelines. Take and interpret diagnostic dental radiographs. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborate effectively with dentists and other team members to provide excellent, integrated patient care. Ensure the sterilization and maintenance of equipment and operatories according to strict protocols.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $70.00 〜 $80.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Lunch: One hour blocked for lunch. Monday: 8 AM – 3 PM Tuesday: 7 AM – 4 PM Wednesday: 7 AM – 4 PM Thursday: 7 AM – 4 PM Friday: 7 AM – 3 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Current and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Washington State. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, thorough patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building patient rapport. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferences	Experience in a private practice setting. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
