Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal charting. Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if licensed and permitted by state regulations). Take and interpret dental radiographs. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, diet, and preventative care. Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed electronic health records. Collaborate effectively with dentists and the entire dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a sterile and organized operatory. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Contribute to a positive and patient-focused office environment.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $47.00 〜 $62.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Sign-on Bonus: $10,000.00 Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO at start
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Dedication to providing exceptional patient care. No prior experience is required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferences	Experience with dental software systems. Certification to administer local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide. Experience working in a fast-paced dental practice.
