Job Description	Perform thorough dental hygiene exams including scaling, polishing, and preventive care Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices tailored to their needs Accurately document patient dental and medical histories using Dentrix software Take and record vital signs, monitoring patient health during visits Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized clinic environment following infection control standards Collaborate closely with dentists and staff to ensure seamless patient care Stay informed on advances in dental hygiene, general dentistry, and relevant medical terminology
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $49.00 〜 $54.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Proven experience in a dental clinic or office setting Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental software for patient record management and scheduling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient education Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and patient safety practices Ability to accurately take and document vital signs Willingness to relocate to Richmond, VA before starting work
Preferences	Experience working with diverse patient populations Additional certifications related to dental hygiene or patient care
