Kitt Dental in Flint, TX, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Dental Hygienist for a part-time, contract position (1 to 2 days per week). Job Description	Provide thorough dental hygiene care, including assessment, cleaning, and patient education Develop accurate treatment plans tailored to each patient’s periodontal and restorative needs Apply soft tissue protocols and incorporate laser treatments as appropriate (training available) Take and interpret dental x-rays with confidence Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Foster positive, trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication and care
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $40.00 〜 $45.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	1 to 2 days per week, with potential days including: Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays through Sundays: Closed
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Current valid Dental Hygienist license to practice in Texas Minimum of three years of private practice experience preferred Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills Proficiency in dental x-rays and patient assessment Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment CPR certification
Preferences	Dentrix Experience with dental lasers and advanced periodontal treatments Familiarity with Dentrix practice management software Passion for continuous learning and professional development
