Our periodontal specialty practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while performing various hygiene procedures. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dental team to promote optimal oral health and educate patients on preventive care.

Job Description	Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth. This includes periodontal maintenance (recall) and scaling and root planing with local anesthesia. Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and taking vital signs, and periodontal charting. Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and dentinal hypersensitivity treatments. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain infection control protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Document patient care accurately in Dentrix or other dental software systems. Salary Range	【Part-time】 $47.00 〜 $53.00 /hour

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist
Preferences	Knowledge of anatomy, general dentistry, and medical terminology is essential. Certification using local anesthesia Familiarity with infection control practices within a dental clinic setting. Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental management software is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
