Job Description	Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments Take and process dental X-rays, maintaining accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions Assist the dentist with patient assessments and treatment planning Ensure patient comfort and promote a positive clinical experience Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and work areas in compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

Salary Range	【Part-time】 $45.00 〜 $60.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.
Benefits	Paid time off 401(k) Paid sick time
Shift & Schedule	Day shift - Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM; Closed: Friday - Breaks: 15 minute break offered undeducted from pay. 30 minute break optional while clocked out. - Will be working alongside a dentist hygiene assistant if working a 2-schedule work load; Will work independently if working an individual work load.
Requirements	Basic life support Driver’s license Eaglesoft Dexis Cosmetic Dentistry General Dentistry Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and effective organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferences	Experience working in a patient-focused dental practice Familiarity with dental software and digital radiography systems
