Job Description	Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments Take and process dental X-rays, maintaining accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions Assist the dentist with patient assessments and treatment planning Ensure patient comfort and promote a positive clinical experience Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and work areas in compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols

Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $60.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.
Benefits	Paid time off 401(k) Paid sick time
Shift & Schedule	Day shift - Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM; Closed: Friday - Breaks: 15 minute break offered undeducted from pay. 30 minute break optional while clocked out. - Will be working alongside a dentist hygiene assistant if working a 2-schedule work load; Will work independently if working an individual work load.
Requirements	Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Eaglesoft Dexis Cosmetic Dentistry General Dentistry Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of North Carolina CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and effective organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferences	Experience working in a patient-focused dental practice Familiarity with dental software and digital radiography systems
