Job Description	Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans. Advocate for patient comfort and oral health improvements. Utilize Eaglesoft for accurate documentation and scheduling. Collaborate effectively with dentists and office staff to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and comply with infection control protocols. Adapt to evolving practice needs and contribute ideas for enhanced patient experience.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Benefits include dental insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM Thursday: 7 AM – 3 PM Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays: Closed.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Eaglesoft Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license. Minimum of 2 years’ clinical dental hygiene experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills. Proficient with Eaglesoft or willingness to learn. Ability to provide caring, patient-centered oral hygiene education. Reliable, flexible, and a committed team player.
Preferences	General Dentistry Experience working in a family or general dentistry setting. Enthusiasm for continuing education and professional development.
