Job Description: Are you a motivated Dental Hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a caring environment? Do you want to work with the latest technology and cutting-edge dentistry? Our private family practice is looking for a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our caring, flexible office! The ideal candidate should have competent clinical hygiene skills and interact with patients and staff in a professional and kind manner. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge dental technology and contribute to a team that values growth, collaboration, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, x-rays, intraoral photos, and co-diagnosing. 60-minute appts for prophies and 90-minute appts for SRP. Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions. Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked. Maintain accurate patient records.

Benefits	Retirement Savings Plan (401k) Medical and Dental Pay: Starting salary negotiable based on experience. Offering a Bonus of $1,000 after the first 6 months on the job.
Shift & Schedule	Our patient hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Off Fridays and no weekends! Flexible on days worked. We ask that assistants arrive 30 minutes prior to patient care hours.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Registered Dental Hygienist License/Certification
Preferences	Proven experience as a dental hygienist but willing to train new hygienists. Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable
