Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in New Jersey Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience as a dental hygienist preferred Strong patient care and communication skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of oral hygiene and safety
Preferences	Experience working with modern dental technologies Continued education participation encouraged
