Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral examinations using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conduct patient assessments including vital signs measurement and medical history reviews.
Assist dentists chairside, ensuring comfort and safety for patients during treatments.
Utilize digital record-keeping systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix to document patient care accurately.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy dental habits.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering strictly to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care, including pediatric dentistry.
Review and manage clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
Stay current with dental industry advancements and implement best practices in oral health care.
