Job Description	Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral examinations using appropriate tools and techniques. Conduct patient assessments including vital signs measurement and medical history reviews. Assist dentists chairside, ensuring comfort and safety for patients during treatments. Utilize digital record-keeping systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix to document patient care accurately. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy dental habits. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering strictly to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care, including pediatric dentistry. Review and manage clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Stay current with dental industry advancements and implement best practices in oral health care.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $60.00 〜 $70.00 /hour

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Valid Virginia Dental Hygienist license. Experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred. Proficiency with dental and medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control procedures. Skilled in operating medical imaging equipment and performing documentation reviews. Familiarity with EMR/dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with patients of all ages. Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferences	Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques. Familiarity with pediatric dental care. Dedication to continuing education and professional development.
