We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH or RDHAP) to join our forward-thinking and patient-centric team. Job Description	Deliver comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services to patients. Conduct thorough patient assessments, take vital signs, and document findings adhering to HIPAA compliance. Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections, preventive strategies, and hygiene best practices. Recommend and explain diagnostic services such as Salivary Diagnostics (OralDNA). Utilize Dentrix software and AI tools alongside intraoral technology to support diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient engagement. Assist dentists during procedures through four-handed dentistry techniques, ensuring patient comfort and clinical efficiency. Apply infection control measures and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment. Collaborate effectively with doctors, front office, and other team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Identify opportunities for additional patient services such as laser therapy, arestin application, and irrigation. Support pediatric and general dentistry procedures as needed within the practice.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $60.00 〜 $75.00 /hour

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Dentrix Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or RDHAP license in the state of California Minimum 2-3 years of professional dental hygiene experience (3-5 years preferred) Strong clinical skills in dental prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride treatment, and patient care Proficiency with Dentrix software and medical/dental recordkeeping systems Knowledge of infection control protocols, HIPAA compliance, and aseptic techniques Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, innovative environment with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with pediatric patients and general population
Preferences	Experience or interest in holistic/whole-body dentistry and oral-systemic health Familiarity with AI diagnostic tools and modern intraoral imaging technologies Experience in medical coding and familiarity with dental terminology Ability to cross-train and support other practice areas as needed
