Job Description	Conduct thorough dental cleanings, examinations, and patient assessments Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with safety standards Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate and detailed patient dental records in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines Assist with infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean work environment Collaborate effectively with dentists and other dental staff to ensure seamless patient care Uphold HIPAA privacy standards and clinic policies at all times Support administrative duties as needed, including appointment scheduling and patient communication
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $35.00 〜 $45.00 /hour

Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in New Mexico Relevant diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, patient care, and OSHA/HIPAA regulations Ability to operate dental equipment and diagnostic imaging tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Prior experience in a dental office setting Familiarity with dental practice management software Flexibility to cover varied shifts between Monday and Thursday
