（Full-time） Dental hygienist job position at C. Brook Schwepfinger, DDS

Perform thorough dental hygiene care, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing patients’ teeth.
Gather diagnostic information using digital x-rays and patient interviews to support dental evaluations.
Create, update, and maintain detailed patient charts and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Prepare and maintain dental equipment ensuring operational safety and sterilization.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
Adhere strictly to occupational safety and health guidelines.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient experience and care.
Manage and operate medical imaging equipment as needed.

Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Tennessee.
Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Proven experience as a dental hygienist preferred; newly licensed hygienists will be considered.
Proficiency in operating dental and medical imaging equipment.
Strong computer skills, preferably experience with Eaglesoft dental management software.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and occupational safety regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks required in dental hygiene, including stamina and attention to detail.
Friendly and patient-focused personality with a professional demeanor.

Experience using Eaglesoft dental practice management software.
Previous experience in a community or family-oriented dental office environment.
Additional certifications related to dental assisting or medical imaging.
